Pearl River Bridge Gluten Free Reduced Salt Soy Sauce maintains the distinctive fragrance, aroma, unique flavour and rich nutrition of every soya bean. We have been using the same ancient recipes and methods for hundreds of years, only selecting soya beans from Northeast China and brewing with clean air, freshest water and purest sunshine from Southern China to ensure the very best quality. We take the greatest care in our production process to perfect the flavour profile of every sauce we produce, with over 100 days fermentation and the strictest quality control. This Gluten Free Soy Sauce is without wheat, and has 35% less salt than our traditional soy sauce, therefore makes it a more health alternative for the modern family. Like all our sauces it’s very versatile, ideal for stir frying, dipping or marinating and the ideal addition to both Eastern and Western cuisines.
